One Co-Op workflow
When a member district uses StorylineIQ, it can securely connect to the Co-Op. The district stays in control of its own students and records. The Co-Op receives access only to the students and information explicitly shared with it.
Your Co-Op can still manage the students it serves at independent member districts. Maintain the campus, student, provider, teacher, and support information your team needs without requiring the district to deploy StorylineIQ first.

Teachers should not need another complicated system just to help the Co-Op document student supports. StorylineIQ gives them several ways to participate.
Print the support sheet, let the teacher complete it, and return it through the existing QR-enabled workflow.
Send a secure request by email. The teacher can photograph and submit the sheet without creating an account.
Regular participants get a small, mobile-friendly experience for requests, uploads, and submission history.
All three routes feed the same secure InclusionIQ review process.
See each student’s Co-Op team, teacher contacts, supports, open documentation requests, and recent activity. Providers see only students they are assigned to serve; professional discipline does not automatically grant access.
Co-Op AdminIQ shows active districts, campuses, students, providers, teacher requests, overdue documentation, review work, completions, and provider caseload distribution. It surfaces operational facts, not invented compliance scores.
Connected districts approve the relationship. Student access is granted student by student. External records remain owned by the Co-Op. Teacher portals and guest links are narrowly scoped.
