StorylineIQ offers a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compatible with FERPA, COPPA, and common state student-data-privacy frameworks (e.g. NY Ed Law §2-d, California SOPIPA, Illinois SOPPA, Connecticut PA 16-189).
How to request
- Download the template below and share with your privacy or legal team.
- Email privacy@storylineiq.com with any required district-specific edits.
- We countersign and return a fully executed PDF, typically within five business days.
State-specific addenda
Districts subject to state-specific student-data-privacy statutes may send their state-mandated addendum (e.g. New York Parents Bill of Rights supplement, Connecticut State Contract Addendum) with the DPA request. We will review and sign or propose alternative language within the same five-business-day window.
